The couple, both yogis, opened their ceremony with the spiritual words of “Namaste” followed by a reading from A Sacred Space from “The Couple’s Tao Te Ching”

Your love requires space in which to grow.
This space must be safe enough
to allow your hearts to be revealed.
It must offer refreshment for your spirits
and renewal for your minds.
It must be a space made sacred
by the quality of your honesty,
attention, love, and compassion.
It may be anywhere,
Inside or out,
but it must exist.

Congratulations Jen and Jesse on your marriage!  The couple, from Philadelphia, eloped to Belize where they boarded the Blue Tang Inn’s Sirena Azul Sailing Boat and exchanged intimate wedding vows at sunset.

Congratulations to Melissa and Gwaeron!  The beautiful couple married this March in Belize at the famous ancient Maya Ruins of Xunantunich.  2012 is a significant year in the 6000 year old Maya Calendar which was once predicted to come to an end on December 21, 2012.  This year as a new calendar cycle begins, we celebrate turning the page and fresh beginnings at one of the most historic locations in the world.

Ka’ana Belize Boutique Resort provided the ultimate luxury experience for the couple.  It was over the top spectacular.  This intimate boutique style resort built in the center of the Mayan Empire focuses on world class amenities, gourmet cuisine and the landscape is gorgeous.   The location is perfect for relaxation and adventure.

After a scenic 15 minute ride from the resort the couple reached Xunantunich Mayan Ruins…

Upon reaching the ruins lies a hand-cranked ferry which took the couple across the Mopan River. From there, it’s an exhilarating and beautiful mile ride uphill to Xunantunich.

Looks like Prince Harry had a blast during his first visit to Belize!  He took part in a street party, enjoyed Belizean food and danced Punta with the locals!  Prince Harry even officially named a new road in Belize after his grandmother.  Prince Harry also meets Belize’s Maiden of the Rock and climbs the Mayan Ruins of Xunantunich, a significant site where we organize and celebrate numerous marriages each year!  You may watch his video interview at Xunantunich below!
